This 5-day safari combines the Masai Mara’s incredible wildlife—including the Big Five and the Great Migration—with a visit to Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its birdlife and rare species like rhinos and Rothschild's giraffes. Enjoy game drives, hiking, and birdwatching amidst stunning landscapes and diverse wildlife habitats.

Our driver guide reports to your hotel for Start of the safari, with a 7am departure for a scenic drive down into the Rift Valley, to Masai Mara, Kenya's premier game reserve. You will be in your own private safari vehicle. Stop briefly enroute at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for stunning views of what is the world's largest valley. Arrive at Masai Mara for lunch. The afternoon gamedrive at 3.30 pm allows spotting of the unrivalled wildlife in the park. Return to your camp by 6.30pm.

You enjoy two game drives today, one in the morning at 6.15am, before breakfast and the other in the late afternoon after lunch. As your safari is private your game drive timings are flexible, useful if you are travelling with children, or are on a honeymoon. You may also choose to have a full day game drive [ one for the whole day] with a packed picnic lunch at no extra cost. Return to your camp by evening.

After breakfast depart the camp and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous as home to thousands of lesser and greater flamingo. This park also provides sanctuary for Rothschild giraffe, black and white rhino and the elusive leopard. Arrive in time for lunch at your preferred choice of accommodation and some leisure time, later in the afternoon head out for a game viewing drive in search of both the black and white rhino, the endangered Rothschild Giraffe.the elusive leopard as well as a host of other plains game and with a chance to visit the shores of the lake where you may walk with millions of flamingos and other water birds. Return for dinner and overnight.

After a relaxed breakfast and check out by 8.30am, view game as you exit the park and drive to Nairobi. Expected time of arrival in Nairobi early afternoon (typically by 1pm). Drop off at your hotel, or free onward transfer to the airport for your flight home.
