3 Days, 2 Nights Safari to Ngorongoro and Serengeti
If you’re short on time but still want that wow-factor safari experience, this one’s perfect. We pack a punch into 3 days—starting with the endless golden plains of Serengeti. The drives here are wild, literally—you might spot a pride of lions just chilling by the road. Then we drop into the Ngorongoro Crater, which honestly feels like nature’s own amphitheater. It’s teeming with animals, and the views from above before we descend are just… ridiculous. You’ll be swapping your desktop wallpaper for your own photos after this trip!
3 Days, 2 Nights Safari to Ngorongoro and Serengeti
So, let’s say you don’t have two weeks to wander around Africa, but you still want that real, deep-in-the-wild safari feeling. This 3-day trip? Total game-changer. We jump straight into the Serengeti, and honestly, it doesn’t waste time—think lions lying in the grass like they own the place (which, I mean, they kind of do), herds of zebras just cruising past, and sunsets that make you question every filter you’ve ever used. Then we make our way to Ngorongoro Crater, which is just insane. It’s like someone scooped out a massive bowl and poured all the animals in it. From the rim, the view alone is worth the flight—but then you get inside and it’s game drive heaven. You’ll blink and be like, “Wait, did I just see five of the Big Five in one go?” Yep. You did.
After breakfast Descend into the 100-square-mile Ngorongoro Crater to view game on the vast grasslands of the crater floor. The bottom of the crater dotted with watering holes, shelters almost 30 000 animals in an area naturally enclosed by the slopes of the volcano. You will find the Big Five lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, leopard among others. Ngorongoro crater is the largest unbroken caldera in the world and surrounded by very steep walls rising 610 meter from the floor, it is considered to be one of the Wonders of the Natural World and is a veritable haven for wildlife. Spectacular animal life can be found throughout the year due to the permanent availability of grass and water. Picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool, later ascend and drive to Serengeti National Park, you will arrive at the Naabi hills gate and after formalities you will enter Serengeti and probably the greatest park on earth. This park, undoubtedly the most famous in the world, covers over 14 000 sq. km and offers amongst many other things the biggest concentration of big cats in the world (Cheetahs, Lions, Leopards, Wild cats…). Many different landscapes can be found in the Serengeti: Savannah with the big plains to the south, hills & woods to the west, the kopjes area to the east, and bush land to the north. Important rivers (Seronera, Banagi, Grumeti ) also run through the park. Many different species of mammals can be spotted during game drives, elephant, buffalo, giraffes, antelopes… hippo and crocodile can also be found.
